Equipment Details - York - a leading name in HVAC Equipment is standard at THP Homes. Almost all THP Developments come with York High Efficiency 90+ Gas Furnaces and 10 Seer High Efficiency Central Air Conditioning with a White-Rodgers Digital thermostat. A few Developments come with York High Efficiency Heat Pumps. All York equipment comes with a 5 Year Parts Warranty. Upgrades include multiple zone installations, 12 Seer Air Conditioning units with 10 year compressor warranty. Options include programmable setback thermostats, whole house central humidifiers (different makes and models to choose from), and electrostatic, high efficiency and electronic air cleaners as well.
